Distribute (some) Nouns Vision Glasses to Nouns holders (randomly)

This proposal aims to distribute 50 Nouns Vision Glasses (GLASSES) from the Nouns DAO Treasury to Noun holders randomly. A custom site and contract have been developed for this purpose. The distribution will be based on Chainlinks Verifiable Random Function (VRF) to ensure fairness.
