The proposal introduces a new version of the Nouns Descriptor contract, which includes several improvements. These include cheaper on-chain art deployment, an improved external API for better integration with exter nal contracts, and enhanced descriptor upgradability. The new descriptor separates the artwork, renderer, and facilitator contracts for cost-effective upgrades. This proposal is separate from the 8/8 art additions.
