With all due love and respect for SharkDAO and their heritage in the Nouniverse — feel that the vision of SharkLabs overlaps with the ambitions of LilNouns, but without a reasonable strategy in place for self sustainability. Echo’ing 22’s sentiment from Discourse conversation, a lot of these initiatives feel redundant and more appropriately and organically funded individually through Nouns existing funding channels (prop, grants, onchain), rather than a lump sum funding formation of a new studio development with scope yet to be wholly defined.

SharkDAO is seeking 99 ETH to fund Shark Labs, a program aimed at supporting Nounish projects. SharkDAO members, who hold 6 Nouns, have been significant contributors to t he Nouns ecosystem. Shark Labs will be an open creative laboratory and incubator led by core SharkDAO contributors, focusing on art, development, and media.
