Vote Reason: Continue to feel that small grants committee funding has been one of the highest ROI funding proposals consistently. Funding Lil Nouns contract deployment before it was an obvious winner is one of many such examples. Really glad with the fact that along with on-chain DAO proposals and prop house we still have a discretionary pool of capital with an open mandate handled by committed nouners to swiftly act on all things that already have or have the potential to proliferate nouns.

Vote Reason: We think a nimble, flexible, pool of capital is important for the DAO. We would love to see more real-time transparency of the work of this pod. For example, a weekly report on the pods discord channel on what was funded and what was reject. This way nouners can give faster feedback on the pods decisions, and builders can learn what gets funded what not.

    Refill Retroactive Funding and Small Grants Pool --- --- Proposal by Noun 22 --- --- The Retroactive Funding and Small Grants Pool is running low on ETH and needs to be refilled. Since [inception]( the group has funded a number of project trials, Nouns derivatives, tattoos, ⌐-s, and other contributions to the Nouns ecosystem. The full list of everything the group has paid out is available [here]( with further context on recent activity in these tweets ([1]( [2]( --- --- As the DAO scales, Small Grants role has evolved. This flexible pool of capital is here to serve the DAO's interest on a fully discretionary basis. --- --- This group was formed with an initial pool of 20 ETH and was [topped up with 50 ETH]( in January 2022, and then again [with 100 ETH]( in March 2022. This proposal would top up the group's multisig with another 200 ETH.
