Summary

The proposal is to create a free marketplace for secondary sales of Nouns and facilitate the extensions ecosystem. The goal is to build distribution for the NounsDAO and create community and l iquidity. The marketplace will have 0% fees, no official endorsement of derivatives, and will be linked to from nouns.wtf header.
